This report compares sales data within the 34949 zip code. The median sale price is $486,000 which has been fluctuating around that figure throughout the year.  The number of closings was 34 which is 30% more than last September.

To start October, there is a 9 month inventory of available listings clearly indicating a buyer’s market. Will this oversupply cause a price correction? So far it is too early to tell, but likely a slight correction is underway.
