This is the newest market report for Vero’s barrier island! This report compares sales data for the first 6 months of 2024 to the same time the year prior. The median sale price increased 10% from $1 million to $1.1 million. The number of closings decreased nominally from 333 to 304.
These two key benchmarks of stable, but moderate growth along with slight decreases in number of closings has been ongoing for 2 years since the Covid real estate boom ended.
Looking ahead to the reminder of 2024, the inventory of listings stands at a 7 month supply giving buyers plenty of options to choose from.
